Traditions Wedding Gown Cleaning and Preservation Refund Policy
If you are dissatisfied with your wedding gown preservation kit for any reason, you can return your item for a prompt refund. Refunds for items returned within thirty days of the purchase date will be credited in the same form as the original payment type. The box must be unopened. Please mail your package in a prepaid, insured, traceable method to the address below. Customer is responsible for cost of return shipping.
Conditions:
Your gown will be given our best attention. Please note the following conditions may exist. 1. Appliques/beads and decorative items may come off. 2. Some stains may not be removed completely without causing damage to the fabric. 3. Some lace, embroidery, beads and sequins and glue may change color or yellow over time even though proper cleaning and preservation of the gown has taken place. The customer acknowledges that the pre-existing conditions stated above may affect the preservation of their article and said article will only be cleaned at the complete risk of the customer. All gowns hold a declared value of $500.00. Unless a greated value is stated and additional insurance has been purchased the consumer or owner declares that the value in case of loss or damage does not exceed and is limted to $500.00. Your gown will be shipped within 2-10 weeks after receipt of gown.
Note: Traditions Gown Cleaning and Preservation must be notified of any damages/returns within 15 days of receipt of the gown. 2. Gowns that are more than 15 years old may need restoration at an additional charge.
