You can trust that your order will be quickly processed and safely delivered. We can ship products anywhere in the United States using UPS. The cost of shipping is included in the cost of your cleaning kit as well as $500.00 of insurance for the traditional line and $1500 when purchasing the Celebrity Line upgrade.(Additional affordable insurance may be purchased at $2.00 per hundred).
Your kit will arrive within two weeks after ordering via UPS. Once you are ready to ship your dress back to be cleaned and preserved, affix the pre addressed and prepaid shipping label, contact UPS and they will pick up your dress from your home or place of business.
A tracking number is on the preprinted form included in your kit so that you may track the progress of your dress at all times. Your cleaned and preserved wedding dress will be returned to you within 2-6 weeks cleaned, preserved and packed in a lovely storgage box. Some products cannot be shipped to international destinations so please submit a message to us from the Contact Us page if you would like to discuss international ordering options.
